Virgin Voyages Experience

All guests will have the ability to book ship experiences directly from Virgin Voyages' Sailor App or through their Avoya Travel Personal Vacation Planner starting 45 days before departure; guests booked in Suite cabins will have the ability to book starting 60 days before departure.

Virgin Voyages' goal is to ensure that it is providing the safest travel experience, which means requiring vaccinations for both its crew and guests. Virgin Voyages' aspiration is that all crew and guests are vaccinated since this is aligned with the recommendation from the CDC for resuming cruise travel.

Virgin Voyages has taken great care to design an experience where guests can enjoy an 18+ environment for reflection, transformation, and exploration without life’s everyday stressors. For this reason, only adults are permitted onboard.

Virgin Voyages believes that staying hydrated is a must for well-being at sea, so any essential drinks including water (still and sparkling, of course), non-pressed juice, soda, sachet tea, and drip coffee are included if you need a boost. Since wifi is as essential as water to guests, it's included as well. Entertainment experiences, also included. Plus, restaurant dining, tips, and group fitness classes are included too!

Virgin Voyages' cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for its guests. Here's what you need to know:

• You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your voyage. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
• After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you can request a Future Voyage Credit at this time.
• Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit, good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date.
• Within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to change the names on your booking up to 48 hours before your voyage, if you really can't sail.
