The Norwegian Bliss receives high marks for its beautiful, modern ship design, friendly staff, and excellent entertainment, particularly standout shows like Jersey Boys. Many guests enjoyed the variety of food and the scenic itineraries, especially in Alaska and the Panama Canal. However, frequent complaints include overcrowding, long lines for dining and activities, difficulty securing reservations for shows and specialty restaurants, and short port times. Some guests found the buffet repetitive and the communication on board lacking. While many found the service exceptional, others experienced inconsistent or rude service.
